We are now looking for a **Support Assistant** for Craneworks in a permanent and full-time employment relationship in Espoo.

**What would you do with us?**

In this role, you will work at the interface of customer service and technical support. You play an important role in ensuring that customer service requests and support needs progress smoothly and receive fast and high-quality processing. The work combines customer service, problem-solving, and close collaboration with various experts.

Your workdays consist of answering phone calls and emails, as well as receiving and processing various support requests. You take care of the progress of contacts, monitor the processing of tasks, and ensure that matters are directed to the right people
