Finland Jobs was created out of real frustration — spending months applying, getting rejection after rejection, and never knowing why. I built the tool I wished existed.

Is the CV the problem, or is it the match? The answer was both.

After a year of sending applications into the void — and watching rejection emails pile up — I started asking the hard question: why wasn't the same CV working? Most people apply with the same CV to every job.

The job posting asks for specific skills, specific keywords, a specific tone — and a generic CV doesn't speak to any of that. Recruiters spend 6 seconds on a CV. If it doesn't reflect the job description, it doesn't survive.

Finland Jobs was built to fix that. Not as a business idea first — but as something I genuinely needed and couldn't find anywhere else. A tool that reads your CV, scores it honestly, finds jobs that actually match your profile, and helps you tailor your application to each one.
