Project Manager, Business Advisory and Digital Services

About the role

**_Yrityssalo is looking for a project manager to advise aspiring entrepreneurs and to develop digital services aimed especially at young entrepreneurs._**

**Your field of work**

You will advise those planning entrepreneurship and coach them on questions at the early stages of the entrepreneurial path. You support clients in establishing a business, developing a business idea and service concept, assessing profitability, applying for start-up grants, and initiating sales, marketing, and network building.

You will also act as a project manager in the Rural Entrepreneurship Hub 2026–2028 – Entrepreneurship to the countryside – digitally and together -project. The project aims to lower the threshold for young people, especially in rural areas, to become entrepreneurs, strengthen entrepreneurial skills, and develop digital entrepreneurship paths that are independent of time and place. In your role, you will also organize peer and mentoring activities, as well as company visits, workshops, and other meetings between entrepreneurs and young people.

**What do we expect from you?**

- You are familiar with services for entrepreneurs and genuinely want to help those planning entrepreneurship find their own path. You may even have personal experience in entrepreneurship.

- Active communication and digital tools are a natural part of your work, and you are also familiar with the digital channels used by young people. You are innovative and able to produce interesting and useful content for the target group across different channels.

- You are a cooperative networker. You find it inspiring to build connections
