5. Data Retention

9. Third-Party Services and International Transfers

We use the following third-party services which may process your personal data:

  • Groq, Inc. (USA): AI language model API used to analyse your CV content and generate job-matching suggestions. As Groq is based in the United States, data is transferred outside the EEA. Such transfers are made subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR Article 46, including standard contractual clauses.
  • RapidAPI / JSearch: Used to fetch live Finnish job listings for matching purposes. Only search query data (not your personal profile) is transmitted.
  • Hosting provider: Your data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider, which is bound by a data processing agreement.

These providers do not use your personal data for their own marketing or independent purposes beyond the service they provide to us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
